“Whatever you do or dream you can, begin it. Boldness has genius and power and magic in it.”

Individual and couples sessions
While each journey has its own pace, healing needs time to grow.
To begin, I recommend meeting 90 minutes at least twice a month in-person, via phone or virtually on Zoom for at least four months.
During that time, we’ll explore any longer term needs together.
After a certain point, people often shift into maintenance with sessions every three weeks.
My office is located in Pacifica, California. I see private clients Wednesday - Friday 10am - 6pm with some Saturdays and evening hours.
Fees
My current rates and packages for individuals or couples who attend a minimum of twice a month are:
$200 per 90-minute session
$150 per 60-minute session
Purchase a package of 8 sessions, and get a bonus session free*
Regarding rescheduling or canceling, except for illness or sudden emergencies, I require 48-hour notice or a full session fee will be applied.
*All packages must be used within six months and are payable in advance
*Rates are for personal healing sessions. I also offer individual and group leadership coaching for work and business.
I believe in making healing accessible
While I was raised in a middle-class world, my roots are Ashkenazi Jewish immigrant and working class.
I’m aware people pay out of pocket for my services. As the daughter of a Holocaust survivor, legally blind lesbian mother and multiracial bonus parent (now deceased), I’m keenly aware of the impact of being othered in this culture.
With that, I have lower-fee slots for BIPOC, LGBTQ+, differently-abled, non-profit workers, public school teachers, single parents, and folx with chronic illness.
A willingness to balance financial exchange this way has nothing to do with the value of my stellar services but instead reflects sustainability with the kind of heartfelt commitment I provide.
Scope of practice
Years ago I chose not to become a psychotherapist for many reasons:
I believe somatic energy healing is essential for core transformation
I hold ceremonies and groups
I facilitate community
I can see people individually and concurrently as a couple
I have also seen adult siblings or adult kids and their parents.
I maintain confidentiality within and across all of the healing containers I hold.
Multi-level relationships will include conversations about healthy boundaries.
I’m not a psychotherapist or a physical health provider. If you have been diagnosed with a serious condition, we can discuss complementary care. Sometimes, with written permission, I consult with other concurrent practitioners to provide integrative care.
