About Us
Can we work together?
When it comes to holding individuals, couples and groups through changing times, of course training and experience matters.
But nothing will work if we don’t work together.
Working together isn’t only about showing up for a session and integrating awareness into daily life.
Working together is about the healing relationship we grow in service to you living fully.
It’s about trust and connection.
Working together is about us.
And so there are some things about my approach to healing for you to consider when contemplating if we might work (magnificently) together.
Healing guidelines for success
Across modalities — coaching, energy healing, group facilitation — I believe creating a powerful cauldron for transformation invites you to:
Identify your needs — exploring and naming what you need is an essential step towards healing and empowerment.
Be your own flavor — making room for individual differences with compassion, including honest mistakes, helps you accept, love and trust yourself more fully.
Practice surrender — learning to let go of what’s not serving you is the secret sauce for maximizing potential and empowering your life.
Keep showing up — staying with your process one step at a time, even when it makes no sense, ultimately leads to finding a soft place to land.
Walk your talk — applying new insight to daily life is how you become the change you seek to make.
Get real — recognizing painful alongside beautiful realities is an uncomfortable but important practice for embodying both-and living.
Clarify boundaries — embracing no as a full sentence softens the impact of toxic relationships and creates space for yes.
Cultivate gentle healing — true healing takes time, so practice self-love by learning to pause, rest and embrace slower living.
Lean in and ask for help — opening to wise and nonjudgmental support, including the unknown mystery itself, transforms shame and nourishes trust.
Hold your process as sacred — being particular about what you share with others is how you build and alchemize the power of your own process.
Take an imaginary leap — enter the unknown of change with an attitude of play and wonder, let’s go on an adventure together;).
Be your own ultimate authority — as my teacher Maggi Quinlan has always said, “Feel free to leave whatever doesn’t resonate on the chair when you leave the room.”
I’m here for you
Because my healing work is part of my soul’s purpose, my commitment doesn’t just come on an hourly basis in exchange for a fee.
Allowing me into your life and all those soft and potentially scared or angry places is a gift.
Over the years, I’ve traveled through strong fires with my people including:
holding beloveds emotionally, energetically, and sometimes physically in my arms, as their relationships with their spouse or best friend or mother ends or changes
supporting people to become bigger than their cancer diagnosis
teaching people how to approach panic attacks as energy that they can learn to unwind and release
talking beloveds off the ledge when they were about to jump out of a marriage worth saving
accompanying women through the fires of divorce as they free and find themselves anew
mentoring entrepreneurs as they’ve left jobs, visioned new businesses, designed websites and created amazing new work
I’ve spent years alongside women as they moved from abortion or miscarriage into preconception, pregnancy and birth.
I’ve even been their birth doula…
I’m here with you
If you’re tired of feeling stuck in spin but don’t know how to move forward, I’ll travel with you as you practice letting go in a powerful way.
(Yes, for recovering type A personalities like us(!), it is possible to let go and still feel powerful).
I believe my beloved clients are the most awe-inspiring capable human beings ever. But ultimately, no matter how much I love and believe in you, it’s not about me.
It’s up to you to develop your power and realize your potential.
I’m here with every fiber of my being to offer support.
Within that, I’m not going to blow smoke up your ass.
Patience is important.
It takes time to learn to listen to that whisper inside, to practice holding paradox so you’re ready to expand your life, a reflection of your own capacity, when it arrives.
True healing takes time to grow.
“Staci has guided me to connect with my voice within. I’ve covered ground about myself and what makes me tick with Staci that could have taken years with traditional therapy methods.”
~ Carla D.
“Staci was a clear, gentle and yet, ever present grounding force that helped me harness my own inner strength to leave an abusive relationship. From there, she’s been a touchstone and guide for expanding into my own self-love and self-supportive capacity. I’m so grateful for the depths of Staci’s innate wisdom and practical knowledge.”
~ Jacklyn T.
"Recently I was struck by the (rather frightening) realization that, without Staci, I may have lived the rest of my life having never experienced the profound insight, awareness and healing this deep sacred work offers. Staci is the real deal. Where other practices I've tried have been more saccharine, her teaching is sweet honey, straight from the bee."
~ Jenny B.
The other side of change is rebirth
While healing work may sound daunting, and even scary, it’s not all hard and gnarly, I swear.
Because when you really let and follow, you’re not left stranded and alone.
Freeing stuck energy creates room for it to change form. Possibility expands.
Synchronicity arrives as a guiding force that provides a trail of meaning to follow in daily life.
Plus, I’ll be there too.
I’ve witnessed my beloveds realize potential in so many ways:
Letting go of expectations and discovering a new and creative purpose
Transitioning from stagnant work into creating meaningful careers
Reclaiming bodies as sacred space
The ability to speak up and say no to toxic family members
Clarifying, nurturing and deepening loving relationships (partners, family, friends)
Leaving painful relationships and finding new loves
Making friends with scared little ones inside
Learning how to trust themselves and their decisions
Shifting anxiety and negative self-talk into practicing self-love and acceptance every day
It’s okay to be scared. That’s why I’m here, to hold the faith and your hand at the same time.
But beyond scared the question is:
Are you willing to learn how to believe in yourself? Are you ready to practice self-love?
If so, the next step is a free 30 minute visit to see if we’re a fit.
If you’re not up for a Zoom visit right now, no problem. I get it.
